Skinboosters and mesotherapy

Exosomes

Exosomes are most often applied after microneedling or a laser, while the skin is briefly permeable. This is a recent field: what is offered here is offered on the basis of available data, and discussed honestly in consultation, including what remains unknown.

Duration
20 min
Protocol
As a course, with the rhythm set in consultation

Indications

  • After microneedling or a laser
  • Reactive skin
  • Recovery after a session

How it goes

  1. The initial consultation

Examination, discussion of your request, screening for contraindications and a written plan. No procedure is carried out on the day of the first consultation: the time to think it over is yours.

  2. The micro-injections

After make-up removal and surface anaesthesia, the active is distributed in closely spaced points across the whole area. We are not filling a hollow: we are treating a surface.

  3. Aftercare and protocol

Small papules and redness are normal and fade within hours to two days. These treatments are designed as a course: the number of sessions and their spacing are set in consultation, not in advance.

Frequently asked questions

Is it painful?

A numbing cream is applied beforehand and most products contain a local anaesthetic. The sensation is most often described as pressure, sometimes a brief sting.

Are there contraindications?

Pregnancy, breastfeeding, an active skin infection, some autoimmune conditions and certain medications are among them. They are checked in consultation, not ticked on a form — and they can lead to a refusal.

What result can I expect?

No result can be guaranteed: it depends on your skin, your age, your lifestyle and the indication retained. What can be stated is what the procedure aims at and what it does not do. The rest is discussed in consultation, in front of your face rather than a photograph.
