A hollow under-eye and a pigmented one are not treated the same way, and not every dark circle calls for an injection. Where the indication holds, the product is placed deep, with a cannula, in very small amounts. This is the area of the face where excess shows most: two light sessions beat one generous one.
Duration

1 session, check-up at 15 days
Indications
A marked hollow under the eyes
A tired look on waking
A step between eyelid and cheek
How it goes
01
The initial consultation
Examination, discussion of your request, screening for contraindications and a written plan. No procedure is carried out on the day of the first consultation: the time to think it over is yours.
02
The session
Make-up removal, disinfection and a numbing cream. Injection is by fine needle or cannula depending on the area, in small controlled amounts, sitting you up regularly to judge the effect.
03
The following days
Swelling and small bruises are common for a few days. Sport, saunas, hammams and sun exposure are best avoided for 48 hours. A check-up is offered at fifteen days, once the product has settled.
Frequently asked questions
Is it painful?
A numbing cream is applied beforehand and most products contain a local anaesthetic. The sensation is most often described as pressure, sometimes a brief sting.
Are there contraindications?
Pregnancy, breastfeeding, an active skin infection, some autoimmune conditions and certain medications are among them. They are checked in consultation, not ticked on a form — and they can lead to a refusal.
What result can I expect?
No result can be guaranteed: it depends on your skin, your age, your lifestyle and the indication retained. What can be stated is what the procedure aims at and what it does not do. The rest is discussed in consultation, in front of your face rather than a photograph.
